Gymnastics Birthday Parties in Eatontown, NJ

A gymnastics birthday party at Aerials Gymnastics starts at $499 for up to 15 children. Additional children are $25 each. A 20% gratuity is automatically added and must be paid in cash. Active members who remain enrolled through their party date receive $25 off their party package.

Birthday parties include private use of the facility, active play in the gym, use of the gymnastics equipment and assistance from experienced Aerials Gymnastics coaches. Children can enjoy obstacle courses, in-ground trampolines and other age-appropriate gym activities.

Food, drinks, cake, decorations and party supplies must be provided by the hosting family.

Yes. Aerials Gymnastics schedules one birthday party at a time, giving your group private use of the party facilities during its scheduled time.

The Basic Party lasts 1.5 hours. Children spend the first hour enjoying activities on the gym floor, followed by 30 minutes in the party area.

The Premium Package provides two hours of party time. Additional time is especially helpful for parties with 30 or more children.

Aerials Gymnastics birthday parties are available for children ages four and older. Additional coaching requirements apply to parties for four-year-olds with 15 or more children.

Each birthday party package includes up to 15 children. Additional children may attend for $25 per child.

Two coaches are provided for parties with up to 21 children. Parties with 22 or more children require three coaches and must be paid for based on a minimum of 22 children.

A party for four-year-olds requires an additional coach beginning at 15 children, at a cost of $50. A fourth coach is required when a four-year-old party reaches 22 children.

Yes. A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your birthday party date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Payment instructions will be provided when your party reservation is confirmed.

Yes. Families are responsible for providing all food, drinks, cake, decorations and party supplies. You may order food from the restaurant or vendor of your choice.

Piñatas are not permitted for safety reasons. Balloons are allowed, but they must be securely weighted.

Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows them to move and participate safely. Please contact Aerials Gymnastics before the party if you have questions about appropriate clothing or footwear.

Yes. Every child attending the birthday party must have a completed waiver before participating in gym activities. Please share the waiver with participating families before the party.

Birthday parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Friday birthday parties are also available during July and August.
