Mommy and Me Classes (Parent & Me)
Ages 18–36 Months | 50-Minute Class
Our mommy and me classes are 50-minute sessions built around your toddler's very first gymnastics experience. You're on the mat right alongside them, exploring age-appropriate preschool equipment and movement activities together, guided by a caring instructor. It's the gentlest way to introduce coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence, with you there the whole time.
Tiny Tumblers Preschool Gymnastics
Ages 3–4½ | 50-Minute Class
An independent 50-minute preschool gymnastics class where kids take their first steps toward classroom confidence. They learn to follow directions and take turns while building balance, coordination, and strength through basic tumbling and movement activities, led by patient instructors. Parents watch from the viewing area, so your toddler gets to build independence while you're still right there.
Little Shots Preschool Gymnastics
Ages 4–5 | 55-Minute Class
A 55-minute class that introduces foundational gymnastics skills through structured, age-appropriate activities. Kids build coordination, balance, confidence, and independence while learning how to participate safely and successfully in a class setting, the perfect bridge into our recreational program.

What age can my child start gymnastics?
Aerials Gymnastics welcomes toddlers as young as 18 months in our Parent & Me class. From there, children move into Tiny Tumblers around age 3, and Little Shots around age 4.
Do I need to stay with my toddler during class?
In Parent & Me (18–36 months), yes, you're on the mat together the whole time. Starting with Tiny Tumblers (age 3+), classes are independent, with parents watching from our viewing area.
What's the difference between Tiny Tumblers and Little Shots?
Tiny Tumblers (3–4½) focuses on following directions, taking turns, and basic movement in a supportive first-class environment. Little Shots (4–5) builds on that with more structured, foundational gymnastics skills to prepare kids for our recreational program.
How long are toddler gymnastics classes?
Parent & Me and Tiny Tumblers are 50 minutes. Little Shots is 55 minutes.
Is gymnastics safe for toddlers?
Yes. Toddler gymnastics at Aerials is structured around age-appropriate activities and equipment for children as young as 18 months. Instructors introduce skills gradually based on each child's age and ability, and Parent & Me students participate with a parent or caregiver on the gym floor.
What happens after Little Shots?
After Little Shots, children typically move into our Recreational Gymnastics program, continuing to build skills alongside other kids their age and ability level.
How do coaches support new students?
Coaches break skills into manageable steps, offer plenty of encouragement, and let each child progress at their own pace. Classes are small, so every child gets individual attention from caring, experienced instructors.
