Every invitation begins with a two-month trial period so coaches can evaluate readiness for the physical, mental and team expectations of the program. Summer training is required.

Pre-Team: Mini-Stars & Stars
Ages 4 & Up | Year-Round Training
Pre-Team helps younger gymnasts build the technique, strength, flexibility and body control needed for future competitive training. Coaches emphasize proper fundamentals, consistent practice and confidence in a supportive team environment. Training is year-round and requires two practices each week. Mini-Stars train three hours per week, while Stars train four hours per week.

Aerials Gymnastics has participated in the Jersey Optional Gymnastics Association (JOGA) league for more than 25 years. Gymnasts compete against other clubs at levels 1–8, with requirements and skill expectations that increase by level. Coaches create routines that showcase each athlete’s strengths while developing technique, consistency, confidence and competition readiness. Depending on level, athletes train three to four days per week for as many as 12 hours.
